Treatment Method

Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST) is the meta-framework for case conceptualization and treatment planning. IST is a holistic and comprehensive approach, informing what treatment methods to use, when to use them, and who to include in the process. Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST) honors the unique situation of every client. IST enables clinicians to quickly conceptualize the complexity of the human experience and offer high-leverage interventions to provide cost-effective and sustainable change across the client’s relational system.

More About Therapy

The Numbers

Our goal is to provide the best service possible and make sure that you’re getting what you want and need out of therapy. That’s why we track and graph our client’s weekly progress.

Currently, 93.3% of our clients are reaching their targets on an average of 10.2 sessions, in 3.2 months. They go from a 4.7 to an 8.5 on a 0-10 scale in overall well-being.

We use the Outcome Rating Scale and Session Rating Scale to help assess client outcomes. What we look for is +7 increase in the ORS to know that things are getting better. Our average client has a +15.2 increase in their ORS number, more than doubling the clinical threshold for effective therapy.

The aim for the Session Rating Scale is to be at 36 or above (out of 40). This number indicates a good working alliance with the client. Our current average SRS is 37.9, demonstrating that our clients feel understood and respected, that topics stays relevant, and that the method of therapy is a good fit.
